Rotary Club Structural Change

A rotarian initiative for people who understand change and want to help shape it.

“Structural Change” brings together people from different professions and generations who want to understand how work, life opportunities, and social coexistence are changing—and who want to actively help shape this change.

Guided by Rotary values, they learn from one another and contribute their experiences, skills, and connections: collectively through club projects and individually in their professional, volunteer, and personal lives. They open up new possibilities, build bridges between different people, and strengthen reliable relationships. Their shared dialogue provides them with inspiration and support.

The Ruhr region is their shared starting point.
